What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay for your online order either by bank card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express) or via the secure PayPal payment system. The various payment methods will be offered to you when you confirm your order.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

Your order has been placed if you have received a confirmation email, with a summary of your purchases.

Where and how can I have my order delivered?

You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to another address (office, second home, etc.). You can choose your delivery address for each order.

Heracles delivers its products to all European countries. If you wish to have one of our products delivered to a country not listed in the delivery options, please contact us at heracles.audaral@gmail.com so that we can offer you a customized solution.

How do I specify multiple delivery addresses?

You can specify different addresses for delivery and billing of your orders. You just need to indicate this when you confirm your purchases.

How much do delivery fees cost?

Delivery fees are calculated when you finalize your order. 

What is the delivery time for a product?

When you place an order, the preparation time is included in the delivery time. Your order will generally be delivered within:

*2 to 4 working days in Metropolitan France.

*2 to 8 working days in the rest of Europe.

Please note that during collection launches, the preparation times for your order may be slightly longer.

All orders placed before 1 PM from Monday to Friday are processed the same day. They are checked, packaged, stamped, and handed over to the carrier. All our products are shipped from our premises located in Carces.

You will be notified by email when your package is shipped. You can, of course, contact us if you have any questions during the delivery of your order. 

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen working days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty. Please consult the exchange and return procedures and contact us so that we can inform you of the steps to follow.

Return Policy

In order to proceed with an exchange or return, products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received them.

Once your return is received and after checking the condition of the items, we will proceed with the exchange for the desired model or its refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any request for exchange or return must be reported in advance to our customer service at heracles.audaral@gmail.com so that we can process your request as quickly as possible and inform you of the procedure to follow.

Refund

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of your return to our premises.

We are not responsible for items returned by mistake. We recommend that you use a carrier that offers insurance on the value of the items you are returning or provides you with proof of shipment and delivery.

Once your return is received, the refund will then be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, accompanied by a confirmation email.
